Brendan Murphy is a second year graduate student in the MFA Industrial Design program at the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. In 2016, he graduated with a BA in Humanities from Providence College in Providence, RI. Finishing his masters in the spring of 2018, Brendan is striving to become a complete designer, in both digital and analog mediums. He utilizes his humanities background to approach problems from multiple perspectives and ask deeper questions about the interactivity, complexity, and longevity of his designs. With work experience in storytelling, research, and consulting, he prides his designs on being well thought out and simple. Brendan enjoys a plethora of activities and is always seeking to pursue and learn even more.
